Holidays

This morning, we wrote 5 basic sentences about our holidays. We looked at a range of different connectives that will improve our writing. A connective is a word that joins sentences, e.g. such as, in spite of, whilst, however etc. Next we spent time improving our 5 basic sentences by using connectives. Do you use connectives in your writing, if so which ones?

On the first week of the holidays we went to Australia.We then went to Mooloolaba where we went to the fish markets until it started to rain.We then went paddle boarding in Noosa despite there being no waves.In addition to that we decided to hire a boat and take it around the river front. Whilst we were there went to the State Of Origin although we had no idea how to get there.

Novel Study: 'The Fault in our Stars'

Here is my Novel Study I have been working on this term. I enjoyed doing this, but left lots to the last minute! I need to work on my time management skills for my future projects. I hope you enjoy looking at my Novel Study - I really enjoyed this book.
